Parliamentary Questions
Parliamentary questions are an important tool in the House of Commons today. They are a way for the Members of Parliament to hold the Government to account by asking specific oral or written questions to Ministers.
An oral question is asked and answered on the floor of the House of Commons, while a written question is used to go into more depth.
Parliamentary questions are also a means for an MP to press for action on a particular subject. Below is a list of questions that I have tabled during this parliamentary session along with their responses. Some are currently unanswered but updates will be posted upon their receipt.
